Welcome to our Older Adults Ministry at Makiki Christian Church! Older Adults Ministry, also known as Hope Fellowship (Nozomi No Kai) is a vital ministry to our seniors of Makiki and our local community. We are dedicated to serving the elderly in our church community with love, compassion, and support. Every first and third Thursday of the month from 9:00 to 11:30 AM, we invite you to consider volunteering for this ministry. Whether you have a passion for connecting with others, providing assistance, cooking, serving food, leading exercises, or simply spreading joy, there’s a place for you here. 1st & 3rd Thursdays

Every first and third Thursday of the month from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon. Our older adult church members come for a morning of loving kindness, sharing a meal, exercise, conversation and worship. Older Adults Ministry room which is located on the Makai side of our Christian Education Building. Limited seats available.



Volunteers

We invite you to consider volunteering for this ministry. We volunteer our time twice a month with our elderly church members with serving or preparing/cooking food & drink, arts & crafts, exercises, and company for our kūpuna.



Donations

We are open to accepting monetary and in-kind gifts to provide meals and crafts for our older adult church members.
